Antonius Barnes

Owner/Notary Signing Agent

I am a graduate of Florida State University with a MA and BS in History and Social Science respectively.  Additionally, I am a graduate of the University of West Florida with a Specialist in Education in Curriculum and Instruction. I have worked in education for 28 years and I also hold a General Lines 2-20 Insurance License and a 2-15 Life Health and Variable Annuity License. I have been a Loan Signing Agent since January 2021. Since this time, I have completed over 600 closings in a variety of areas.  My services are available on nights and weekends.  My coverage areas are Bay, Calhoun, Jackson, Washington, Gulf, and Walton Counties.

I am also a Remote Online Notary so if you are in need of these services, please let me know when you send the order. I look forward to building

relationships with all notary signing companies who hire me as well as my clients whom I serve.
